The program supports property and disclosure questions, AI-assisted answers, and messaging support. Enrollment records your messaging choice. It does not activate a conversation, authorize a transaction, or give access to a property or document.

Phone verification, an approved invitation, and separate permission to the exact group audience and shared evidence are required before group messaging can activate. Availability depends on the messaging service and carrier. Voice-message support is not included in this enrollment.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. You may submit the enrollment form without opting into text messages. Message frequency varies with questions, group activity, and messaging support. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

You must control the phone number you enroll. Do not enroll another person or consent on their behalf. Tell us if you no longer control an enrolled number.

Reply STOP to opt out of HouseLens program texts. Opting out also stops pending HouseLens group replies. It does not stop other people from texting one another, and messages already delivered cannot be recalled. You can also withdraw your recorded consent from your enrollment receipt in this browser or contact sign@houselens.ai.

Reply HELP for messaging help or email sign@houselens.ai. A START or UNSTOP message may remove a carrier or provider block; it does not by itself restore HouseLens group membership, consent, or document permissions.

HouseLens uses AI to interpret questions and prepare answers from permitted evidence. Answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Check cited documents and consult the appropriate professionals before making decisions. The assistant does not replace your agent, inspector, attorney, or other professional.

Before a group is activated, each person must review its audience separately. Group participants can see one another’s messages and phone numbers, and may retain or forward what they receive. Do not send information you do not intend to share with that group. Group publication approval does not authorize signing or another transaction action.

Delivery and timing depend on mobile networks and supported devices and are not guaranteed. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use this program for emergencies or time-critical notices.
