We collect the information you submit, which may include your name and phone number, your SMS choice, the disclosure and terms versions, submission time, and verification and opt-out records. We use a browser cookie to let you retrieve and manage your enrollment securely without a full HouseLens account.

Recording SMS consent is separate from proving control of a phone and obtaining group or document access. A submission without SMS consent does not enroll you for program texts.

When messaging is activated, HouseLens processes accepted questions and the permitted property or disclosure evidence needed to answer them. AI service providers may process that content to interpret a request or prepare an answer. Messaging providers and carriers process phone numbers, messages, and delivery information to operate the service.

Group participation requires a separate review of the intended audience and permissions. People in a native group conversation can see each other’s messages and phone numbers. Their devices, carriers, and any copies they make are outside HouseLens’s control.

We use program information to record your choices, verify phone control, enforce access and opt-outs, provide requested messaging, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and account for service usage.

Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. We do not share SMS consent for purposes unrelated to delivering this program. We may share the information necessary to operate it with service providers, including messaging platforms, phone companies, hosting providers, and AI providers processing authorized questions and evidence.

We retain information as needed to provide the program, honor opt-outs, maintain consent and security records, and account for usage. Opting out stops future program messaging; it does not immediately erase consent records, billing records, or messages already received by other people.

Reply STOP to opt out, use your enrollment receipt to withdraw consent, or contact sign@houselens.ai with access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. If your browser receipt is no longer available, contact us rather than enrolling another person’s number.
